looks like the curtains have been unveiled on the new upcoming lexus is-f. will it be the m3 killer?

some vital stats:

5.0l v8
400bhp
350ft-lbs. torque
8-sp. "direct sport shift" transmission

looks hot. very hot. i've always thought the new IS was better than the 3-series. and if i had the $$$$, i'd get this over the m3 any day.

i like the m3 better. it is still quicker from what i read by a couple 10ths and the BMW should still handle better.

note: they may be rating the lexus conservatively and we'll have to wait for the magazines to test them.
