How to stop birds

I have a 5ft x 8ft picture window and about once or twice a month a bird will fly right into it and break its neck and die.

In the summer we keep our lawn furniture out in front of the window and the table and umbrella stops the problem. But in the winter it's a real killer-we hear a tug and know another bird just offed itself. :spock:

I think you can get window stickers that look like things so that the birds will stop doing that.

Maybe place an owl or hawk decoy nearby?

Or you could remove the glass and invite them in for a drink!

There is only one solution: paint a giant cat face on the outside of the window. Sure it might hinder your view, but think of the birdies! :P

Just put a warning on the windows: NO BIRDS
