Not that I know of. They've always done those things for free for me.

I think that the 'catch' is that they hope that next time you buy tires, you go to them. They're one of the few companies that I would say actually has very good customer service.

Bah... none in St. Louis area and the closest one is an hour and a half a way. I think I'd ruin the rim if I drove it to get fixed for free.

They do free rotations at least 2 times a year. There is no catch...so far. They also do free tire inflation all the time
