I'm looking to buy 3 laptops. I've mostly been looking at Dell, but I'd consider HP or even Toshiba (Lenovo is too pricy for me). Total for the 3 laptops should be over $3000.
Is there any 20-25% off coupon for spending that much at once? Should I call up Dell directly and try to get the best deal over the phone? I appreciate any help.

I'm not even sure something like 3 at a time would be considered a quantity discount with the way things go anymore.
Your best bet is to probably find the best deal on one and just triple the order. You might squeeze free shipping or something, but I'd try to price it online first, then call. See if they're any different.

Call Dell, tell them you're a small business. You've never purchased multiple laptops before, and want to get the best deal. You were told to buy Lenovo, and Costco has cheap HP machines, but you want to get pricing info from Dell first (they love to undercut the competition).
They will most likely cut you a deal to get you in the door as a customer.
HOWEVER - there are times that the deals on the website are even better than the sales guys are allowed to offer. I've had instances where my direct sales guy flat out told me that he couldn't match the web price because it was under his cost, and so I had to put machines on a credit card. So be sure to watch for insane deals online - this is usually the best link to watch - http://www.dell.com/content/topics/topic.aspx/us/segments/bsd/smart_values?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd
They change promotions every Thursday morning, so check weekly.
