Insignia in Posts

How come all the insignias disappeared whenever I look at people's posts. Is there an option were you can select to have them displayed? Not that it's a big deal, but I kinda was growing attached to my ensign insignia.

The bbs was upgraded to VBulletin 1.1.4. Leon would have to hack the insignias back.
