Hmm... kinda disappointed, I thought the pillow was going to be in the shape of a real duck, unfortunately the tricky home furnishing lingo gets me again... a duck pillow would have been cool though. ..

I got an email on one of my orders saying that it didn't go thru due to credit card problems. I'm sure I entered the card it right (and it's valid). Anyone got the same problem?

same problem on both of them. strange excuse, usually they just say its out of stock.

I had the same problem... I received 2 e-mails saying that there were problems with my credit card. I called customer service and they told me that credit cards don't accept charges under $1. So I told him to combine the 2 orders ($1.70) and everything is all set now. Hope this helps ppl out...

I received the credit card rejection email as well. I called two of the numbers listed on their websites and they are busy and I believe both of them just hang you up when they try to connect to a customer service representative and it is busy...

Nevermind. I just called customer service and they said they will not sell the pillow for 85 cents. I cannot combine the purchases so it is over a dollar. They just won't honor it at all. Unless, I pay 10.85 for the pillow..

I called 1-800-933-2887. Then I pressed "2" to inquire about the status of an internet product. The customer representative that I spoke with allowed me to combine the 2 orders.

I got the same crap... card was denied for under a dollar sale. Called to correct it and they said it was a "coupon glitch" and that they wouldn't honor it. Never gonna shop with them again... bastards...

I was told by HSN that these coupons were only good for orders over $25 (liars). I don't think there's anyway that they will honor these $10 coupons.

My call resulted in the rep saying the cc company had declined the charge. When I noted that my cc was an Amex in good standing, he said he'd try to resubmit the charge. I wonder what other responses they'll come up with next...

I haven't received mine yet, but I called and the woman said that their supplier was drop shipping a new shipment and that I should have mine in 4-5 days. I ordered mine on December 7th. She didn't mention anything about any credit card problems or coupon errors. We'll have to see.

Got the pillow today, it was shipped by US Priority mail. Not a bad pillow for three bucks.

Kind of weird. One of my orders for the pillows got cancelled because of what they called an "invalid coupon." My 2nd order for the pillows went through using the same credit card. Did this happen to anyone else?

that just means someone already ordered using those coupons from that computer. I think the coupons are stored in the cookies and you have to delete them or use another computer or something. You were probably using a school or company computer right? That happened to me too.
