Not a bad price for all it does. But usually within a few months after a new version is released, numerous vendors have it free after rebate (which typically includes an upgrade rebate). I haven’t paid for SystemWorks for years.

Sometimes you can even make a few bucks when it’s coupled with other products. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any Systemworks Premier 2007 coupled with tax software this year.

I’d hold out a while if you don’t need it immediately. Otherwise, it’s well worth $39.99.
