SmarterKids.com has a deal on almost everything in the store including 40% off of already reduced book prices (You can get the new Harry Potter book for under $10). Shipping is pretty steep though ($5-6 to ship one book), but still a good deal.

Shipping is steep (as well as other toy sites like etoys and Amazon) since they charge a base rate + per item fee.

But I've been regularly going back to Smarterkids.com and qualified for their free shipping program (spend $150 in 2000 and get free shipping on subsequent orders of $25 or more through 12/31/00).

I was able to use the various discounts up to 40% AND get the free shipping.

Pretty handy going into Christmas... and they include pre-paid return shipping labels in case something doesn't work out. That's something no other toy site offers.
