I don't know who that is, or care really, but it's a thoughtful, if simple, gadget that actually seems to benefit society by making strides toward helping to solve a real problem. [edit] wow, okay, initially, after finding the main site (http://www.prontocondoms.co.za/about.htm) for this condom, I thought it was a joke or a scam - the "state of the art" facility featured one item propped on a laundry basket, the commercials seemed to be mocking the South Africans, and they only allow you to purchase them via direct bank transfer, after which point it will be delivered to your nearest post office. Not exactly common business practices!

Then, I found the BBC article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/6120914.stm), and the commercials suddenly make sense! So, guess it's real, and actually a fairly interesting concept. Though, given the idiotic views of SA's "senior politicians", I doubt faster condoms are going to help as much as sex education in general would.
