I really tried but I don't care for the new design, takes me too long to browse the deals of the day. I have been going to the alternate site of apexdeals.com but the last few days it is intermittent, usually won't load. I hope the old page gets a resurgence.

I think he's saying he goes to that site because he prefers the old schooliness. ;)
Forgot it was out there, I prefer that design as well...

Forgot it was out there, I prefer that design as well...Yes, I prefer the old design, just can't get used to the new layout, seems clumsy to me.

I don't mind the current one. I can minimize what I don't want to read/not interested in and not have to scroll as much. And I can also just read them out of the forums. Which is just like reading any other thread.
I missed the other one too, but change happens.

Hmm, strange. Apexdeals is on the same server, same registrar. It should load exactly the same.
BTW, we're still working on this new design. That's one of the top issues we're addressing: the ease of quickly scanning down the page for what you want.

I thought the entire site was having problems, for 2 days it wouldn't load, then I tried the new page and it loaded fine every time so I figured it was the old page being phased out. It works intermittently, most of the time it wouldn't load. Right now I tried it and it worked. I would be curious if someone could confirm that there have been problems.

I have no problems loading it. Although I will admit that I stopped checking deals altogether whenever they switched to the new design.

I am 10 minutes later from my last post where I said the paige was working, but now it's not loading again at 7:16 Eastern time. This is what I get in Firefox, "The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
In Explorer I get, "The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."
Loads right up for me.
Anyone else having problems?

Well when I look at apexdeals.com I see the old format, gotapex is showing the new format

PD123, are you going through a proxy server?
