yes. i usually go in spurts with cereal. a box a week for a few weeks, then i won't go near the stuff for a few months.

Careful, most cereals today are too sugary...make you fat.
Throw some Fiber One or Bran Flakes in to yogurt or cottage cheese, that makes for a good snack.

Well maybe not THAT good, but it is close. And healthy.
