$25 a day seems pretty cheap to me. But the place is nice. Maybe the person who placed the ad just wanted to convey that they wouldn't object to gay renters. :)

I would never give a second thought to renting out to gays. They make the best tenants.

Its fairly common to post gay friendly on ads, as it eliminates the qustion and makes it more of an attractive place to those who care.

my best friend is gay, and i hate when people judge him for it, or i for being so close with him. i don't even care if he like fajita or bannana, he's my brother. i'm closer with him than anyone else, and i'm glad that i've got such a good friend.

I'm not judging... I just think it's odd that you would include that. I guess some won't rent to those who are different?

After all, I can't imagine anyone other than a fellow :bandit: making it clear that they are "420 friendly."

As someone who will be posting a rent ad soon, I will most likely include gay friendly even though Im not gay, though i will also post a preference for a female roomate (hopefully straight).

Its common for straight people to prefer to not have a gay roomate, and therefore people who dont care post gay friendly.
