I don't have any spares but I have had very good luck with an older Gigabyte Model#?. They are very cheap on eBay.

If you want, I will check the model number.

The only one that fits the need is out of stock (ETA:03/22/2007) at Newegg. But thanks for looking zippyjuan!
And $54 at ZipZoomfly is too much seeing I have to foot the the bill and its a free giveaway.
