Vacuum - Dyson DC07...Any Good?

Woot has them today for $300, which is cheaper than anywhere I've seen. Thinking about getting one.

Does anyone have this model? Any Dyson model? Wouldn't mind hearing some feedback...good, bad, or indifferent.

I have one and love it. I have a shedding shepard and a long hair cat, and it keeps up with them and my two kids easily.

Yes, they're all they're cracked up to be. But keep an eye out - I got the DC14 from Amazon a couple of years ago for about this price (it was a refurb).

I realize that Dyson "color codes" their models. But it still strikes me as funny when I read a statement like that. Sort of like "a red car goes faster" kind of statement. :D

The only major differences between the colors is the attachments that come with it. The exception to this is the low profile vacuum because the design is actually different than the others

I have a DC-14. Works great! Downside to it working so good is the filter/dirt storage area needs cleaning every 2-3 months. I hose it off after I empty it in the dumpster. Linens and Things always has 20% coupons.
