View Full Version : Something we all need: Jewel Cases

Does anybody have a deal that they use a lot for this? I buy spindles, so I just have a lot of loose CDs. If anybody has got a good deal for some jewel cases, I'd appreciate it.

$5 for 25 of them. not bad. i think they are too narrow for those cd flipper things, but standard size in the other two dimensions.

Does Amazon charge shipping? And I was pretty much looking for normal size only so they can fit in CD towers. Thanks for the help though.

amazon does charge shipping unless you buy like 100 dollars worth. check out http://www.dealhunting.com for coupon codes, i know there are some good ones now. and they also have normal thickness jewel cases (many to choose from, just do a search for jewel case), i think the cheapest are $5 for ten. these "slim" ones will work in a cd tower. if your cd tower has individual dividers and places them upright, side-by-sied, they may lean slightly, but that's a minor aesthetic problem, and if it stacks them, you won't notice a difference at all.
outpost.com, free overnight shipping, also has jewel cases, here are 25 slimlines for $8, or do a search for jewel case and find something you like better; they also have pretty good deals on media in jewel cases.

Staples has 25 for $10.99. If you use one of the coupons, and if you buy $50 worth, free shipping is included. Sometimes, they have sales on them, too.I would wait for them to have a sale in the near future.
