I sent in a golf club (driver) that I got from a neighbor to have it repaired. It had a dent in the face and the company said they would look at it and give me an estimate. Well about 6 weeks had passed and I had yet to hear from them so I gave them a call to inquire about the issue. They basically said to me that they received the club but somehow lost it. So they are sending me out a brand new driver that's coming out later 2007. Nice. Took $20 for shipping and converted it into $400 driver.

Pretty cool. You know I feel that overall the golf companies (Titleist, Taylormade, Ping, etc.) do an amazing job at customer service, far better than any other industry.

well they are just minutes from my house so that's always a plus too since I can just pop in and drop off a defective club.
