I'm not exactly sure, but I think its a panasonic. I dont know the number as I am not home right now. I'll email you the number when I go home tonight.
Here's a bit of advice:
If you plan on receiving faxes (and you may not with jfax, which imho sucks, but is a monopoly) don't get a fax that uses film cartridges.
Only get a laser or inkjet fax (thermal is cheap too, but its thermal).
Those film cartridges cost $30 apiece, equaling about $.15 a page.
Also, those cheapo faxes take MASSIVE desk space. I recommend getting the canon bubblejet fax which is upright. You can't miss it, it looks completely different from any other fax out there.

u can also get a decent fax machine from Staples or Staples.com its a Sharp UX-355 its like $20 after all the rebates. i think its still goign on. u should check it out. i got one on thanksgiving, pretty good quality for $20. normally its $100
