For the last years or more .I have tryed to get her to replace her cell phone. so less then 30 days ago she went and order a new Sanyo Katana from sprint. the new Katana seen to keep loosing calls. so i being a nice hubby i take it into the service center. they say we can,t adjust it . we just have to order you a new one . i go ok and they order her one . i wait as they told me 3 days and call them . im told not in yet . i say ok i try calling back in 2 days. we'll still not in . i say i check when i get back from a trip . i got home and call them they say it got lost in transit . we have (they ) have to order a replacement it take 2-3 days .what can i do but wait .today i pick it up .
i say we need all the info transfer .they do but all her pictures are lost :( .also they cant reach corp .tech service to get it program (on there stores land line ). i stay there a hour a full 60 mins plus while they are on hold for corp. tech. i say can i call it in myself later . im told sure you can . so i call *2 on my cell to sprint and am told it be a 3 min. wait as im driving home .i get in my drive and a live sprint tech support person come on .
i spend 15-20 mins. with them on my cell to program her new phone . get the phone working and talk to the tech person on it .they say that i need to turn the mic.volume up they can hardly hear me . i think its may just be there ear peice there . i get off the phone it seems to work fine .
i decide to call my cell phone from her NEW SPRINT KATANA by SANYO. same problem i cant here her on my cell . i call the local shop and they say bring it back in .are tech will look at it . so wife left for work i drive to the shop .the tech saids its mic is messed up and they will order a new unit to replace this one . i say can we swap it for a diffrent model [B]NO CAN DO - PER A CALL TO CORP SPRINT .ONLY THE SAME MODEL PHONE [/B}.
so now im like ok lets order a new one again . they say it be min of 3 days to it arrives at the store.
im totally pissed off now . and wife wont care im going to be lambasted by her tomorrow .and all i did was try being a nice guy and save her some trouble . she so hot over the lost pictures .wait till i tell her she is phoneless for 3-4 days :(
