Stupid website restricted my account for no reason today. Finally got an email back from them apologizing, but still MAJOR suckage to them cause I had to ask one guy who won an auction from me to mail me a M.O. Not I'll have to write the guy again and tell him my paypal is working again. What a hassle.
FYI, Here's a letter of apology from them:

Your account has been unrestricted and you may resume full use of PayPal.
Due to the implementation of additional anti-fraud efforts, we erroneously restricted use of your account earlier this evening. That restriction has now been lifted. Your transaction log will accurately indicate if transactions in progress at the time were completed.
We apologize for this inconvenience. We will continue to strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and consumer protection, and we thank you for your support.
