View Full Version : Identify carpart (200 camaro) help.

The exhaust system on my car needs to be fixed. From what I understand, the rubber pieces that connect the exhaust system to the car is worn out.

There are 4 or 5 rubber pieces that connect the exhaust to the car, (something like a big rubber brick).

Any clue what this is called? I've tried to look it up.. but I have no idea what its named.

Any mounting pieces for the exhaust system of any vehicle are usually called EXAUST HANGERS.

The part you need is called a COAT HANGER. You should be able to find them in packages of a dozen at any dollar store. :P

rockauto.com calls them "insulators". I call them hangers.
