got a toner cartridge from them, it leaked all over my copier now I have to spend ten dollars to send it back. the idiots wanted to send me a replacement, hope I can get a refund. their products and service suck :puke:

They are my primary supplier for blank media. I do admit their shipping prices are ridiculous. I try to easy the blow by buying in bulk.
