Okay, long story short. Lawn is on auto sprinklers. Timer is in garage. Somehow it got unplugged. I left for 10 days (in LV in JULY) and lawn turned brown...

Came home found the issue and fixed it. But it's not greening up fast enough for housing.

I am worried about overwatering.

Bermuda grass is a warm climate grass and doesn't like too much water (can't really find how much is too much)

Right now, water schedule is 30 min each night between 10 and 2 and in addition, I have maunally started the cycle each night this week (basically since I have been home) in the evening. I think I should move that to early morning. Or should I add an early morning so it gets an hour and a half each day? Or is that too much?

The only water restrictions I have is 11AM-7PM. Fron what I read with the type of sprinkler heads we use, I should not be watering anymore than 12 min cycles. So is the 30 min too much? Should I RTFM and set it to cycle 4, 5 or 6 times at 12 min each section each night?

I also have a couple bare spots from the pool so I might as well ask now too. I found that the next time I can/should seed is late Sept. What would it hurt if I seeded now? Pros? Cons?

TIA!! :D
