Here is the deal. Citibank has a new payment system similar to paypal. You open an account for free and use it once to send $10.00 to your wife or girl friend lets say. You get a $10 credit to your account. The other person then goes and signs up to get the $10.00. Then that person sends $20.00 back to you(10 credit they get plus the ten you sent them). So, it is a free twenty bucks. Then on top of that you can use it free for I think liek 30 days then they start charging a percent of the money sent. So, it is like free money.
