So I came home yesterday, after a 5 day trip, $1000 richer! Woohoo! Now to resist the temptation of buying toys and actually pay off some bills. :)

I stay away from gambling at the casinos. I found that I was just donating and making it possible for the casinos to pay their winners. :shake:

Well I hit my biggest jackpot ($900) on a progressive 25-cent slot machine...and I usually do horrible on those machines. Most of the time, I'm in the poker room, but my gf doesn't like it when I disappear for hours at a time. :)

I guess it was my lucky weekend! But in the long run, as uncledaddy stated, I'm still in the red for Vegas. But I'm glad they decided to let me have some of my change back.

You won 1000 dollars and are in the red? dang thats intense... But if you stay at the same place enough, they should be comping you...

I meant that when you add up all my Vegas trips, I'm in the red..probably always will be. :) But I have a good time and try to have a short memory so I always think I'm ahead! And yes, I try to gamble at the same spot and have basically had room and food credits to pay for the last couple of trips. :)

Mine either. I went in single and came out married!
