Gomez and WingSpanBank $75 offer

Can anyone tell me if this is a legit deal? Do I just sign up for the Visa card, wait a few months, and get a $75 check? What's the catch? If someone has done this or understands the legalese that Gomez and WingSpanBank have on their website please let me know. The link is on the gotapex deals page.

I signed up with them when they first came around about a year ago. The deal then was $100. Not but a couple of weeks later I had a check for the dough. I've even hung onto the card as it has a great interest rate. Hope that helps.
