Yay..a whole $5.00 off Ticketmaster's already inflated shipping charges and $10-$15/ticket online "convenience fee"

Yup, they're a bloody ripoff. They tried to charge me twice last time I booked through them, too, and weren't willing to take the charge off my CC.

I got my credit card company to send the boys round... :)

Hey, for cheaper service charges check out http://www.virtuous.com (they even donate a portion of the service fees to charity).
Their ticket sales seem to be concentrated in California, Connecticut, New York, and Wisconsin.

Service fees are better than Ticketmaster and no shipping charges because they use paperless tickets all ya need is a picture ID and they have you on list at the door, like a guest list.

I have used them and it is quite simple and easy.

OK, I get the message folks, Thanks for all the Positive(not) feedback....

But at least we know now how these folks work.

Just like with flower places like ftd etc, they charge wire fees out the waaaaaaaazooie!
