What's Hot Now has me furious!

Hi All!

Just wanted to vent my anger at the site WhatsHotNow.com.....I placed an order on November 27th for a video game, and would you believe they just e-mailed me to tell me they don't even have the item!!!!! I was mad enough that it hadn't arrived yet, today being December 20th and all...but to just now get around to telling me that they don't even have the item in stock is ridiculous.

Anyway, I had gotten the link from the gotapex deals page, and figured I'd let ya'll know, maybe no one else had any trouble, but I'm so mad right now it isn't even funny....DECEMBER 20th, can you believe it?!?

Oh...well...now that I've vented, I want to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas...may all those you hold dear be near...

While a lot of the dotcoms have called it quits recently after earnestly trying to make a go of it, you have these types of on-line businesses surviving while screwing their customers. Amazing!!

Don't even get me started with this company!!! I placed an order with them during their "New York" sale last November. got a confirmation and everything. When I called their CS to inquire as why it hadn't been shipped their reply was "we don't have an order for you". I then explained that I had placed an order, gave them all the info and guess what their response was? "Well, must of gotton lost". They then asked me to go to their website and place it again, of course their prices were quad-droopled from what the N.Y sale was and I explained that to her. Her response was "Oh well, anything else I can help you with sir?" Answer: Yes, you might want to look for a new job because companies like this don't last, and I hung up.

I've placed 3 orders with them over the past year, not ONE has ever made it to my doorstep. Bottomline is they suck.

I actually <gasp> got my order a while ago from them. I placed a bunch with the first new york sale, and another when it increased to 75 percent. I got a bunch of stuff, but none of the yankees jerseys or dreamcast stuff. I also got 4 shot glasses that they decided to ship by themselves in a box, no packaging or anything. So of course they were broken when I got them. Just wanted to vent a bit myself.

It is a deal. If you can AVOID the cost of doing business with these losers and freaks, then you've effectively saved money and, surely more valuable, aggravation and time.

WHN.com is a bunch of morons. Their CS ppl don't know crap about anything. I actually overheard one CS rep talking to another in the background of my call asking how she should bullshit a guy on the phone to leave her alone (she decided to tell him she'd call him back). DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM (if the previous posts didn't convince you).

They screwed me 4 times when I tried to use the NY pricing. Finally I told them to forget it, I didn't want their cheap shit. The CS rep wasn't surprised either. They know they run a shitty business.
