Got a question about my brake rotors. I currently have around 54K on the '96 Acura Integra GS-R. My brake rotors are just about worn through, and the dealership quoted me for resurfacing both the front and the rear for close to $300 after labor (ouch).
I am aware of aftermarket rotors, and was wondering if any of you have had any experience with them. In an issue of Sport Compact I was reading, they slapped on a pair of AEM rotors and pads on a '00 Civic SI, improving stopping distances noticably. I was wondering if this would be more cost efficient in the long run and would make more sense, especially if you're getting better response from your brakes.
