I cannot stress how important a good pair of earphones are. The bundles earphones that came with your MP3 player are cheap cheap cheap. Do yourself a favor and get a decent pair that isolates outside noise. They not only make the music sound that much better, but they help you conserve battery because you don't need to have the volume up as much.
