BEWARE Tiger Direct! They often do not honor rebates! I have been burned by over $250 of "rebates" never received. The rebates were supposed to be from the manufacturer. I submitted ALL information on TIME and with ALL paperwork. They denied ever knowing about my submissions. Then Tiger offers a "rebate guarantee" and they say they will make good on any manufacturer's rebate that is not received. This is NOT TRUE. They did NOTHING for me, despite adhering to their REBATE GUARANTEE rules and regulations. BEWARE of ANY rebates Tiger offers. You are taking your chances that you will never receive it. I complained to the State Corporation Commission in Florida and to the Federal Trade Commission; spent way too many hours on this and in the end got NOTHING.

For what it's worth, I've received several hundred dollars in rebates over the past few years from TD. The past year or two they've really improved the way the rebates are handled and I haven't run into any problems.
It also helps that I have a TD store about 2 miles from my house where I could raise hell if need be; but so far, so good.

Did you keep copies of your submissions as proof? I personally scan mine and I have faxed my scans to any company that dares deny a rebate.
To date, the only rebates I have NOT been able to claim where ones where they said I didn't qualify over a "technicality". One (not from Tiger Direct) said that I was only able to qualify for one rebate per year even though the rebate offer had a distinct time frame printed on it... and another offer said "for new customers only" and I wasn't a new customer (also not at Tiger Direct).
All in all, the burden of proof about a rebate is on YOU... not the company. If you have your copies, then you have a case. If you don't, then you are up a creek. You nor they can control what the mailman does once you drop it in the mailbox, therefore you have to retain your proof.

I have never bought a thing from Tiger Direct which involves rebates. Maybe they have improved things recently, but there were too many horror stories which I heard from the past.
Just like Philips Outlet, I would never buy anything from them.

When it comes to things I buy, my philosophy is ALWAYS beware of the rebate. I'm as anal as DF with the dated scans, etc. because it's not just Tiger Direct, but lots of other places that try to skirt around having to pay them that they resort to pushing the "technicalities" etc.
