Beware, don't expect to get the rebate from KWorld. I, my dentist and a coworker all purchased an external tuner from BUY.COM and none of us received the rebate from KWorld. I tried to post my experience on BUY.COM but they did not allow the post from appearing. Same with my coworker, BUY.COM censors user feedback.
