American Express Blueloot reward programs sucks

I finally was able to accumulate 1500 points ( spend $1500 ) from Christmas shopping. I had planned to get a PC World magazine subscription from these points. These clowns just doubled the requirements to 3000 points to get the magazine subscription. Looks like you now need to double the points to get the same reward gift.

Its still a rather new program... so these nasty surprises should be expected. Heck they even stopped online price-matching. Who woulda thunk? :heh:

Oh well, yet another credit card that only looks pretty. :)
