Wathc out, I got a refurbised 360 premium for $249 a few months back from eCost and I had to swap it out 3 times because the first two were banned from Xbox Live. Just a heads up, but ecost was pretty good with their exchange policy

Also, the hard drive is not included in this price. The hard drive goes for ~$95, so that brings the price up close to the normal $350 price for a new unit. This is not much of a deal to me.
