UV sensitive paint !

Hi all , any one know where i can get the UV sensitive paint , powder or gel whatever in the local store ? not eBay ! my zipcode is 97266, thanks alot !

If the local hardware shops/paint shops don't have it I'd try some art/craft stores like michael's. Google maps links:
