Played this game A TON a few months ago. It's definitely lots of fun. I'm just bummed they changed the little guys' warcry at the start of the level. It used to be a Yoshi-esque "Woohoo!"

: Okay, so Easy took me a while to beat. Medium was looking impossible for quite a while and then I learned how to upgrade and delete towers! :throw: I kept being killed on 35. An instruction manual would have been nice. :angry: Hard I beat after a few tries with pretty much the same strategy.

Isn't that their "I made it to the end" sound? The warcry is a lemmings style "let's go" I think

yeah, the whole upgrading escaped me, and i couldn't beat medium, until a friend was like... you don'tw ant to upgrade? and I was like, oh... i didn't see that.

i use mostly the water towers. juggling? what do you mean? i did it by creating the longest maze possible.

that's where i always die too. i've given up! :-(

juggling is the technique of making 2 maze exits at opposite ends, blocking one off. Once baddies get to the open exit, you open the other exit, then block the other, forcing them to turn around and go back through your ordinance.

The explosion towers are the only practical way to juggle, since you don't have to sell them to get rid of them. (decommission time increases with each sell, making it difficult to juggle that way.)

I've actually had better luck building non-juggling mazes, since my maze eventually gets so flooded that creeps end up being at both exit points at the same time.

I got died at lvl 84, the next flying level. I modified my maze to wire 2 paths that converge in the center, where I juggle by moving a snap tower to block either exit, 1 square apart.

I put air defense towers in the center and upgraded them all.

Survived 77 only because nothing else got through, and only was able to get half of the fliers. 84 then quickly overwhelmed me.

Bah this game's hard.

Is hard the same as 10K, but with less startup cash?

Whoa, just tried 10k. 10k has way tougher creeps, you just start off stronger. Hard only had 60 levels.

I can get to about 84 on 10K, but the flyers take me out every time. GRRR.
