My company's health insurance is actually a self-insured program, but it is administered by UnitedHealthcare (so we fall under their policies and preferred providers).

Work just switched me over to Cigna from Anthem. I never go to the doctor so I don't really know how good any of them are

Be Wary! Cigna sucks balls. They have a million operators who can't seem to coordinate ANYTHING. Good luck if you ever have to have anything processed by them..you'll be billed up the wazoo before they straighten things right.

I'm happy with BC/BS select.

I just moved over to Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

The local HMO (M-Plan) didn't re-negotiate a contract with the Federal Employee program, so more or less I had to make a move.

BC/BS of New Hampshire, but I've only been with them for a few months.

I previously had coverage from Independent Health of Western NY and they were very good... never had a problem.

I also had coverage through Univera a while ago and they treated me well too.

All have been through work.

BC/BS PPO.

Always been happy with them, except one time they sent me to collections because of a computer screw up. Their billing computer said I was billed for something that I never was, so they just assumed I was not paying. THAT sucked, but at least they were nice about it & apologized.

HealthNet w/copay through my employer.

Dental is SmileSaver, and I've decided that all dental insurance is bullcrap. Oh we will pay for half, pony up gummy.
