PS3 hard drive swap

Anyone here swap out to a bigger one? I was thinking of making my PS3 a "media machine" and slapping a bigger drive in there.

Not sure of the usefulness of the folks who have installed Linux on there, but I guess to each his own.

I could use an external SATA drive enclosure and put a much bigger hard drive in for the same money.
