My new baby niece

My brother & his wife had a baby girl on Monday at 12:21pm MST. She was about 10 days early and weighs 6 lbs 2 oz and is 19 inches. She has a head of dark, curly/wavy hair and is doing great. Her name is Leah Nicole and Scott mentioned that she'll definitely be her daddy's princess, so she'll be... Princess Leah. *laugh* I just have to share a pic of the new family. :D

Aww. Very cute. Light baby. I actually weighed 6.5 at birth but I'm a twin. My niece, who is 10 mo. now, was born 8 lbs 13 oz. Whoa. And what a soprano voice. Eek. :)

Yeah, Josh was a VERY nice 7 lbs 1/2 oz. lol I was 5 lbs 10 oz, my brother (2 yrs younger) was a bit bigger than Josh but only a few ounces, I think and my sister (6 yrs younger than I am) was 5 lbs 6 oz. I would bet money that my mom was smoking when pregnant with us girls. Could be the cause of my ear infections as a kid and her chronic bronchitis. :shrug:
