I hate Dan Sydner <- Owns the Redskins

A lot of Redskins fans hate him too. Yes Joe Gibbs is old but in the short time he was here we went to the play offs twice. We lost in the first round but hey we made it. Ugh...I hate Dan Synder.

I think the Skins made the wrong move bringing Gibbs back as head coach. Sure they made the playoffs twice, but if they do hire Jim Fassel, they could have hired him 5 years ago.

I don't dislike the move to get rid of Saunders and Williams. Williams was not successful as head coach while with the Bills and Saunders has never had any head coaching experience and is a pretty old guy. If you're going to bring in a new head coach, you would think that you would want to give him the ability to assemble his staff. To that point, I think the Redskins have someone close to a deal since they have already put in place the offensive and defensive coordinators.

Some more continuity would have been nice, but I think the Redskins said emphatically that continuity wasn't important when they hired Joe Gibbs for his second stint.
