Daft Punk is one of my favorite bands. The concert they threw at Coachella was EPIC! I thought I'd post a couple of videos to share the love:

Around The World - Charleston Style - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=339ixMtHrVk

Dancing Daft Punk Girl - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZXGdg23Qdk

2 Daft Punk Girls in skimpy clothes - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnL1xE1WFe0

and one I just found recently, talking about how Daft Punk sometimes just copies the original material - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJPdVVOmbz4

Any other Daft Punk fans out there? :D

I think that DP's music is pretty good but I heard they put on spectacular shows! Their show is up there on my "must see" list along with Underworld and Rabbit in the Moon.

I want to go see one of their shows so badly..but lately it looked as if most of their tour stops were either west coast USA or Europe. Sigh...no love for Ohio.

Yeah I've always wanted to see Daft Punk as well.

I guess their Myspace will have to do for now.

(I always play 'One More Time' after Auld Lang Syne when I'm dj'ing for New Years.)

EsDee, you've told me this before, and I'd like to return the favor: you have great taste in music.

I have yet to see one of their live shows, which I've also heard a lot about; I missed an opportunity last year when my roommate went to check them out. She couldn't stop raving about them.

Those videos are great. I've seen the first dancing girl before (found that video hypnotizing the first time I saw it), but I haven't seen that duo act. When I saw what those girls were doing, I thought, "No way they can keep that up when the chorus comes," but they did a pretty damn good job. Their dancing skills could use some work, but that was a nifty idea. :D

Thanks buddy ;) I'm sure we've been at a couple of the same concerts.

Yeah the girls did well. Their outfits sold it for me. Of course, everyone who is doing the text version of the song is copying the original "Daft Hands" video, which can be found here:

This is related to Daft Punk...in the fact that the background is of course done by them...and this video parodies the "Daft Hands" video...I give you...
