I had a similar thing happen to me my senior year of college. I was stopped at a red light an someone behind me hit me at full speed, pushing me into the truck in front of me. It sounds like you at least didn't hit whoever was in front of you.

I was far enough away from the guy in front of me to not hit him..I'll be taking the Jeep up to my mechanic tomorrow for the diagnosis..hopefully it's just that running board on the bumper that popped up and not a cracked frame or anything.

Major bummer. Getting rear ended is horrid. Make sure to get checked out ASAP, you may have injuries you're not even aware of. Trust me I can empathize (http://www.gotapex.com/suckage-not-so-suckage/91032-car-accident.html/).

oblongmelon im glad your ok . you were rear ended.and she was the only /last car so she get hit with all the points .and the deductible if you are hit with one .and you shouldn't can be claimed in small court. but being the same company they should wave it anyway. but i wonder and her driving a Elantra im suprized she was able to even open the door and walk out unhurt. i get check out anyway and send all the inspection and dr. bills right to your insurer. i sure hope your fine and the jeep is to .

Hope you are going to be ok, obby. Some of those injuries may not show for a few days. Sure makes it easier that you both have the same insurance though. Good luck.

Umm. i actually understood the drunk Reno better than the sober after thought... Maybe its just me.

Glad you aren't more hurt Obby. Hope that the pain you do have goes away quickly. people are ridiculous. A guy hit someone into me. And then tried to drive away in his jaguar. I had to stand in front of him and he still tried to pull away around me. I should have let him go and called the police for a hit and run. That would have gotten his attention.
Anyways, i hope you are ok and that your vehicle gets repaired easily and quickly.

Big hug.

Glad your Ok but keep yourself in check and don't hesitate to see any further medical attention once your body starts to recover.

My headache is gone but my thumbs are still sore today..maybe I need to get one of those deep heat wax treatments and see if that helps with the pain.

Obby, I am sorry to hear that you were rear ended! You should go in and see a doctor just in case. You are still hurting 2 days later, so you really need to get your hands checked out. I hope you feel better and that you are ok.

obby..go to that woman's house and wrap your hands around her neck and squeeze as hard as you can.

I am sure your thumbs will feel a lot better.

How did I miss this??

Get your thumbs checked out, you would hate to have this haunt you for years to come.
