This was one of the few car videos I've watched that actually put me at the edge of my seat and made me gasp with excitement. I don't care if it's a legitimate race or not. It's simply exhilerating to watch.

Many of Top Gear's races are just as exciting. That fighter did have sheer gravity working on his side though. :)

I don't think it is fair to say Richard Hammond has no balls even if he is British. He almost died driving the Vampire Dragster for a segment.

Do we know how long it takes to reach top speed? Those last MPH's are the slowest and at a mile he probably had to take off the gas to be ready to brake and swing around...
Fun but way too much buildup.
