SSS: Sick

Yeah...sick again.

Lost the voice...which is just GREAT for a teacher....especially a music teacher.

Today...I have the voice back...and I thought I was getting better but instead after teaching my first class, I started getting a bit dizzy.

Wow....this one is hitting my poor little school hard. The teachers are getting sick one by one, and the students are falling in bunches. I managed to stay healthy for 7 weeks this year....then I fell to the virus. :(

We had that go through our house last week. Donnie, me and Patrick - the older kids didn't get it, but Patrick and I were down for a week with fevers and the cough. Still coughing and energy is gone by 2:30 and you need a nap.

I hate this stuff!

Hope you get well soon. Just got over my bug last week. Fever, cough that wouldn't quit, and every thing ached...even the bones. On top of that, when I stood I would get dizzy spells. really sucked. Lasted almost 2 weeks.

Didn't really have difficulty breathing...but the rest is just like that. Last weekend, I coughed until I had a headache...now it's just coughing up LOTS of gunk. I had a fever for a cuople days, but other than that not too much. I'm wondering if the flu shot I got made it so that what I got was mild. some of my fellow teachers were down for the count for a looooong time.

The no energy part is coming now. I just want to go home and sleep....:p

And....I'm whining....but I deserve to....I'm sick. :D :sick:

Yeah, my whole household caught it over the past few weeks as well -- no fun at all.

Fever, coughing, loss of voice -- yup, sounds familiar. Hope you get well soon!

:stupid: I'm not sure where I got it. The fever lasted only 1 day. I had sinus congestion for a few more days after that. Now just the cough, some minor phlegm, and a cool gravelly voice

I'm good....the cough is still there...but the energy is back and the voice is back which is nice. :)

It took until about today to get that way though....
