Has anyoned done this or know somebody who has? I was wondering how much of a haggle room you'd have with the MSRP for European Delivery.

I haven't done it but did research it a great deal. What I found is that you get about 7% off but not on all models apparently. I was at a dealer today and asked about ED on a 135 and was told there is no discount. He also said no discount on a M3. I think that was just salesman talk though.
Check these sites out:
I sure do want a 135i.

I know with the M series, since it's made in the US, there is obviously no European Delivery option. Not sure about the 1 series though.
Also they give you the ED quoted MSRP which is a few grand less than the regular MSRP. I was wondering if there was even more haggle room for the ED MSRP.

The only M cars made in the U.S. are the M-Z4 roadster and coupe.

There usually isn't much haggling done on BMW pricing, especially on new models. Which car are you looking at?
I bought a new M3 back in '98 and was only able to get about 2k off on a 44k car. I think the only reason I was able to do that is that it was a color that not too many people would have bought. I think the car had been in the dealership for about 4 months. At that time the E36 M3 was a very hot cat too.
