These guys are really making my blood boil. I earned $60 in Internet Cash through Echo (I know, it's my fault for taking these in the first place). But I tried using this failure site and when I tried to place an order through one of their merchants, the order didn't go through, but the money was taken from my account.
After 3 emails, I finally tried to call and wouldn't you know, both numbers seem to be disconnected.
So now what? What a joke. I knew I should have gone with the Amazon GC's, but it still is a ripoff. I highly suggest no one deal with this company from this point on.
