My OS drive is completely full and after 20 minutes of snooping around, this folder seems to be the main culprit. I know it's probably hidden for a safe reason, but since the folder is called "temp" and all, I'm hoping there's something in here that I can delete without killing my system.

Blow it out...
ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download) or EasyCleaner (http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm) will do this for you as well.

Or Windows can do it, too -
Right click on C:\ in explorer & choose properties. Next to the little pie chart, click on 'disk cleanup'. It'll take a few minutes to find everything, but it'll get rid of ALL of your temp files, plus a few other categories of crap you don't need. Don't let it compress your HD, though (that option is off by default).

Managed to secure about 4 extra gigs of space. Thank you gentlemen.
