What is it about?

Deals with some crazy driving habits of people all in the name of increasing their gas mileage.

Things like... taking turns and breakneck speeds in order to avoid braking and losing your kinetic energy, turning your vehicle off going down steep hills to conserve gas, etc.

I recently read an article about how UPS saves millions by planning the routes of their trucks to minimize left turns (because time spent in left turn lanes results in additional idling times).
