So i've decided to build myself another computer after 4 years of neglect.

I'm typically an AMD guy but i'm thinking i'll try an intel quad core this go around. I think i'll build around this chip.

and i'm really confused on ram at this point... The FSB of the chip is 1333, which ram speed would match the FSB speed? does it matter anymore? i typically like to have faster ram.

is this too slow? it's super cheap...

ABIT boards are always more expensive. I tend to go with them since they are typically really high end and I love the LED indicator. It has helped me solve a few problems in the past.

thanks for the links i'll check them out... it's crazy how advanced those look compared to my current system :(
