Merge excel spreadsheets?

Hey everyone. I have a Filemaker database that when it exports records it creates multiple excel sheets. Our statistician cannot import the data into Statistica as multiple files. I was looking into an application that will allow me to merge them all. Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, is there an application that you would recommend?

does it do so because it would exceed the field limit? if so, i don't know of any way to do it.

The reason that it exports into separate sheets is because of the design of the database. Dumb, I know. But the sheets aren't that big. Let's say sheet one has 20 columns and sheet 2 has 30 columns. I like to make one sheet with 50 columns. What would you use for that?

Unless, of course, you're working with just tons & tons of files. In that case, hire an intern to write a VB program to do it.
