i have a revolving 6 light unit. came from a chucky cheese i think. anyway the unit rotates but the lights dont light up. there a large transformer in the box .and this bulb looking thing is best way to describe it . it has 3 wires on it .im thinking its ok as the lights rotate . but im finding one of the 2 brushs are missing and i say there like 1 in x1/2 in x1/4 in thick .any ideas were to find a replacement

im not 100 % sure the brush is missing but im guessing it is as to why the lights don't work .
also in first picture hanging outside the box is the bulb thing i spoke of .
